David will deposit them into their personal account. They are able to access the funds via ATM in Buea.
Additionally you may wish to send them care packages. They always appreciate receiving letters, envelopes and boxes of goodies. Bill and Trixy pay some sort of duty/tax on boxes of any size (usually not more than about $6). Boxes also take about six weeks.
Padded envelops usually arrive within 4 weeks and most often are not charged duty/tax.
